YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be part of a full-time 40-hour workweek with the opportunity for overtime once trained. Your typical day will involve booking scheduled maintenance, achieving a 95% booking rate for AC service calls, and setting up lead calls with a caring and helpful tone. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' needs are met promptly and professionally!
QUALIFICATIONS
Having great phone, office, and NEPQ sales skills is a plus!
